Channel Seven announces new Adelaide Crows TV show

The Adelaide Crows will produce their own television show in 2015, to be aired on Channel 7 in Adelaide.

The Crows Show will provide supporters unparalleled access into Adelaide’s disappointing 2015 season.

Dual-premiership captain Mark Bickley will host the weekly program and said it would provide another outlet for Crows fans to vent their anger as the season heads south.

“This season seems promising, which is only going to make things worse,” said Mr Bickley.

“Imagine if this show was on when the Crows lost to Melbourne last season. There would have been more swearing than an episode of Deadwood.”

Channel 7 Adelaide General Manager Tony Davison said they would show the program in HD to further irritate footy fans.

“Just think, we’ll show this in HD but not the games. Go jump in a lake footy fans.”

Adelaide COO Nigel Smart said the show would mainly rotate around his efforts to hold the club together as senior players such as Patrick Dangerfield head for the door.

“It’s going to be a bit like Breaking Bad, tense, gripping, set in an economically challenged state and with all the main characters falling out with each other.”

“I guess I’m the Jesse to Mark Ricciuto’s Walter White.”

When asked about the show new Captain Tex Walker said, “I wasn’t made captain just because Patrick is leaving.”

The Crow Show will go for half-a-hour each week and is expected to last till round seventeen before being cancelled.

Now Debra... is it possible that this article - unlike all other Titus O'Reily articles - may be satirical? Could Titus simply be making fun of Channel Seven for signing up to a new weekly show, "The Power Hour"?

You've read it here first folks, 60 minutes of Kochie and all your teal-coloured favoutites. It starts with a few bars from "Never Tear Us Apart" and ends with Choco doing that thing with the tie.

This article has served as a timely reminder to us all that we should go back and re-watch "Deadwood". Television doesn't get much better than this, folks. When finished, why not revisit "Breaking Bad".
